Time offset

The time offset represents an interval for which one wants to display the connections. For instance, for time offset X, the connections between time t and t+X will be displayed, with X from 0 to T, T being the total number of time points. Like this, the user has the choice, according to his interest, to display connections at a particular time point or between (t, t+1) or (t, t+2) or (t, t+3) etc.
